The New York Hotel Trades Council is the largest direct provider in New York City of health benefits to union membership, retirees and dependents. With facilities in Manhattan and Queens, a Brooklyn location was sought and purchased in the borough’s cultural district. Designed by Francis Cauffman in a teardrop shape with a textured glass façade, the 12-story and 177-foot tall mixed-use building will also feature offices, retail space and public amenities.
