Founded in 1992, Holleran Consulting is one of the nation’s oldest and most respected full-service research organizations. Specializing in senior living, aging services, healthcare, and community health, our team of experts includes many former healthcare operations professionals. Inspired by a culture obsessed with customer service, our passionate research consultants work to develop a customized survey and data collection process tailored to an organization’s strategic goals. Organization data is also compared against the Holleran National Benchmark, one of the largest in the field, which is comprised of data from over 350 organizations across North America and is updated annually. These data points become the very drivers that support value-based care.

Partner communities collaborate with our project managers to design research tools that meet their unique needs, including customizable questions, various reporting types, and multiple distribution methods. After collecting data from residents, employees, and stakeholders, we create comprehensive reports highlighting engagement, satisfaction, organizational culture, business strengths, and market opportunities. In addition, Holleran works to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, providing insights that guide communities in developing new products and services while also identifying gaps in offerings and opportunities for partnerships. Once the report is finalized, we assist organization leaders in creating a detailed action plan with clear, tangible goals.
